Jimmy is born and brought up in Scotland and lives near Edinburgh.

He has a varied background which brings a lot of knowledge and life experience to the table.

Jimmy assists Cath in the running of Blixen Travel, a part of Merlin Travel Group.

They are both well-travelled and have experienced first hand the delights of Africa, Mauritius, Barbados, the Maldives and the USA.

He is a keen golfer and plays table tennis competitively.
